Marshfield Apartment - Terms & Conditions

  1. Bookings are weekly from Fri-Fri. Payment to be made in full 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement.
  2. In the event of cancellation by the hirer, they shall be liable for the whole cost of the booking unless the property can be relet for the cancelled period, in which case the owners will refund minus the deposit and less any expenses occurred. You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance.
  3. The apartment shall be occupied only by those named on the booking form. Occupancy shall not exceed the number of persons stated in the booking form. No children under 7
  4. The accommodation shall be available from 3pm on the arrival day and vacated by 10am departure day.
  5. The hirer shall be responsible for any breakages occurred during the course of their stay.
  6. The apartment shall be left clean and tidy. Nothing is to be left in any communal area.
  7. The owners are not liable for the hirer’s personal effects.
  8. No smoking, no pets.
  9. The hirer’s vehicle parked in the designated space is at the hirer’s own risk.
  10. The owners or the owner’s representative reserves the right to enter the property at any reasonable time provided reasonable notice is given to the hirer.
  11. If the hirer commits a serious breach of these terms and conditions such as smoking in the apartment or allowing pets, or where your behavior, or your guests is likely to have significant adverse affect on the residents or people living nearby the property. The owners will try to act reasonably but if the situation is untenable the owners or their agent shall ask you to leave immediately. Unless the owners are able to let the apartment at short notice or for the remainder of the hirers stay, no refund of fees you have paid will be returnable to you.

Flat 7, Marshfield Apartment Access Statement

There is one defined off road parking space, it is approx 6 metres to the apartment block entrance with one raised step. This leads to the main communal hallway.

  1. There are 31 stairs spread over 4 half landings to the apartment front door.
  2. The apartment is on the top floor.
  3. The apartment is all on one level.
  4. There is a separate shower unit within the bathroom.
  5. There are subtitles available on the televisions for guests with hearing difficulties.
  6. There is no lift within the block.
